At Casiostore Bhawar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium timepiece. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your watch within 7 days of delivery, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  Ensure the watch is placed back in its original box with the warranty card and all protective films; our team will review your request within 48 hours.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the item securely in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit and attach the return shipping label provided by our support team.

  Refund Processing

  Once we receive and verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
